Reserva Especial cava has 36 months rearing inside the bottle. It has fine and persistent foam really good haste acidity. You can find it on Brut and Extra Brut types, with a total absence of sugar.

Brut Nature cava remains 4 years making old the wine inside the bottle. It has fine and persistent foam, really aromatic, soft and a little bit acid, and just for its long rearing carbonate looses slowly. There is no aggressivity on tasting it.

Gran Reserva cava remains 5 years rearing inside the bottle. It is aromatic, a little bit acid. It tastes kind. It has fine and persistent golden foam, a first-class cava. You can find it on extra Brut and brut, but it has a bit alcoholic contents. It is also commercialised on magnum pack.
